Brings back memories.....

Do you have a piece of furniture that makes you think of someone..or brings back a special memory?

This afternoon Hubby finished this kitchen stool for me. The blue colour just wasn't cutting it for me...

...so of course white was the next best choice.

As a child I remember visiting my dear aunt who had a similar stool and that's where she sat while we visited in the kitchen. That was her spot and once in awhile we were lucky enough to sit there! I know that is what attracted me to this stool.
